The Solutions
The projects we have developed for our customers ensure an orderly and efficient movement of parts to the machines. Additionally, we have devised innovative solutions that automate manual tasks, reduce operations by simplifying processes, and enable reliable traceability control. In this specific case, we have integrated collaborative robots for loading and unloading a washing operation. These “cobots” provide our customers with all the advantages of advanced robotic automation while avoiding the additional costs associated with traditional robots, such as complex programming, large configurations, and armored cells.
Taktime of 40 sec. The volume is up to 560,000 workpieces per year.
Special cobot grippers that can handle different part models up to 9kg

The Layout
2 separated Cobot stations to perform load and unload the washing operation and the EWAB flow system.
The flow consists as follows:
- At the inlet, a cobot automatically loads parts into the washing machine. Empty pallets are then released and recirculated to the unloading position, passing through the washing machine. - In the exit, there is an automatic part unload from washing machine to pallet, done by a cobot. A DMC reader recognize the part and write the related information to the pallet memory by RFID The operations are defined as OP255 for loading station, OP260 for Ultrasonic washing and OP270 for unloading station, part identification and pallet coding.
