Empty pallets are then released and recirculated to the unloading position, passing through the washing machine. - In the exit, there is an automatic part unload from washing machine to pallet, done by a cobot. A DMC reader recognize the part and write the related information to the pallet memory by RFID The operations are defined as OP255 for loading station, OP260 for Ultrasonic washing and OP270 for unloading station, part identification and pallet coding.
