transport of workpieces is an essential factor in the success of a modern manufacturing plant. The right flow creates short throughput times, low material buffers, flexibility and efficiency. With our workpiece carrier transport systems, we can meet the requirements in a customer-specific project. The systems are energy efficient, all eletric and digital ready for data collection. Concept & Technologie The backbone of our conveyor system is a cardanic plastic link chain, which is guided in a resistant steel profile. An aluminum track profile gives the system the necessary load-bearing capacity. The workpiece carriers sitting on the chain are transported via friction. Workpiece carriers All workpiece carriers are designed to be component-specific or universally for a variety of different workpieces.

Weights up to 1,500 kg / 3,000lbs are possible.

Assembly or manufacturing lines The main system is made of components such as drive units, curves, switches, stops, sensors and stations. The modular concept allows the system to be designed for any customer-specific application. A large number of optical and electronic sensors ensure precise control of the material flow. Tracking of each individual workpiece is possible in the production system in combination with RFID technology. Flexibility The modular and scalable design of this system ensures a fast and easy conversion of existing system solutions to adapt to new production processes when needed.
